McDermott DEFY Shaft 3/8”x10 Joint, 12.5mm, grey ring

Introducing McDermott Defy – a shaft that defies the stereotype of carbon fiber shafts. Defy gives you the unmatched accuracy and control you expect from a carbon fiber shaft, but uses cutting-edge technology to break its limitations. Originally developed for the aviation industry, SmacWrap absorbs vibration and dampens sound, resulting in a confident, soft feel and quiet hit. Our ultra-smooth finish reduces friction, allowing the shaft to slide through your fingers like a wood shaft. Only Defy’s energy transfer and accuracy remind you that you are using a carbon fiber shaft.Navigator Automatic tip made from genuine Japanese pigskin, without artificial dyes. Each tip undergoes a month-long production process, closing the skin’s ideal properties, offering a softer and more even hit with almost no deformation.
